Швейная промышленность Азии: географические особенности развития и главные ареалы концентрации

Аннотация

Швейный сектор играет одну из ведущих ролей в экономике развивающихся стран Азии, на которые приходится три четверти мирового экспорта одежды. Исторически с производства одежды начиналась экспортно ориентированная индустриализация ряда азиатских государств (Японии, Респ. Корея и т.д.). Сегодня, по мере того как новые страны встают на этот путь, расширяется география швейной промышленности, удлиняются цепочки поставок крупнейших фирм за счет включения в них новых производственных центров азиатского региона. Статья посвящена комплексному анализу территориальной организации швейной промышленности в азиатском регионе. Рассматривается современная динамика экономических показателей отрасли в регионе на национальном уровне, обозначаются ключевые тенденции в ее развитии. Выявляются параметры поиска поставщиков ведущими фирмами в сочетании с факторами размещения швейной промышленности, объясняется их влияние на формирование территориального паттерна отрасли. В рамках перехода на региональный уровень на основе обширной базы данных расположения производственных мощностей ведущих фирм отрасли (созданной в результате процессов геокодирования) проводится выявление, качественный и количественный анализ ареалов концентрации швейной промышленности. Всего выделено 14 ареалов экспортно ориентированной швейной промышленности Азии, которые объединены в три типа на основе их продуктовой и технологической специализации, размеру и структуре собственности предприятий, развитию обратных связей с текстильным сектором. Было выявлено, что на современном этапе территориального развития отрасли сохраняется тенденция «дрейфа» швейного производства как на уровне национальных экономик (в другие страны), так и на региональном уровне (из крупных центров во внутренние районы стран), однако, отдача от модели постоянного поиска новых производственных площадок в странах с более дешевой рабочей силой, как и само значение этого фактора, снижается.
