Peer Review Guidelines

The process of reviewing manuscripts is in accordance with international review standards (https://www.elsevier.com/reviewers/what-is-peer-review). A one-sided blind peer review process is practiced in the journal. Manuscripts that have been checked by the editor-in-chief for compliance with the thematic profile of the journal and technical requirements are sent to at least two independent experts to assess the scientific quality of the article. The editor-in-chief makes the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts.
